A born and bred North Carolinian, she appreciated the charms of our area early on and it became her passion to help others enjoy the lifestyle our special slice of this world has to offer. Lynn’s creative approach, a knack for connecting with others, not to mention her unparalleled real estate expertise made her a perfect person to thrive in real estate. And thrive she has.

Being licensed since 2006, Lynn has worked hard for buyers, sellers, investors and new construction builders for many years. Starting in 2006 she specialized in the new construction industry while also growing her talents in the resale market. Having knowledge of how a home is constructed makes her a force to be reckoned with when showing and listing homes. She has a keen eye for how things should be and she always has her clients best interest at heart.

While My Southern View, as a brokerage, has grown over the years, Lynn has learned that bigger isn’t always better. She loves to be hands on with her clients and give them the attention they deserve. And this may mean that she doesn’t have a large team or multiple assistants, but one thing is for sure, you won’t get this level of customer service anywhere else.
